Tesla Model Y Grand Junction Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating

Tesla Model Y Ceramic Coating & Paint Protection Film – Grand Junction

Vehicle: Tesla Model Y

Paint Protection Film: KAVACA film over the entire front end of the vehicle. More coverage than a traditional clear bra, the ‘full front’ covers the entire hood, fenders, bumper, and mirrors, and we added the rear splash guards at no additional cost.

Ceramic Coatings: Ceramic Pro ION 7-year ceramic coating system. This system includes multi-step paint correction but can be discounted on new cars requiring single-step correction. Here, the customer purchased a discounted package called the “Colorado Package,” which includes paint protection film and ceramic coating.

Model 3 Project is also available.

Areas of Concern on Tesla Model Y

The Tesla Model Y has several areas of high concern. The area in front of the rear tire, often called a splash guard, is highly prone to rock chips. We are now including this area standard in our partial-front, full-front, and track packages.

The size and shape of the minimalist front bumper also make it a rock chip magnet. While the hood and fenders are relatively safer, they will almost always start seeing some rock chips after relatively short driving distances.

The vehicle’s lower doors, A-pillars, and partial rear quarter panel did not receive the film. We generally recommend these areas, but we always customize our offering to meet the customers’ needs.
