What brand of ceramic coating will you apply?
The first thing you want to know is what brand of ceramic coating is being quoted. Is it Ceramic Pro, or is it something they picked up down the street? There are several great brands. You need to know which brand you are getting.
Our Answer: Auto Detailing 360 only offers Ceramic Pro brand coatings, and we typically prefer Elite level products like ION or Ultimate ION.
Are you a certified applicator listed on the manufacturer’s website?
Quality brands have a certification process before they will list you as an applicator. If, for example, you went to Ceramic Pro’s website, and you enter Grand Junction, we come up. Ceramic Pro has two levels of dealers. Only Elite Dealers have their best products.
Our Answer: Ceramic Pro Grand Junction, Auto Detailing 360 is an Elite Dealer, which is the highest level of certification and product offerings that can be achieved with Ceramic Pro.
Which package are you quoting me?
Forget what the dealer calls it. Ask them to show you in the manufacturer’s brochure the name of the package and what it includes. If they say the product is so new it is not in the brochure, then ask to see it on the manufacturer’s website.
Our Answer: We prefer to quote ION or Ultimate ION but will quote Sport or Bronze on request.
Who is behind the warranty?
It is important to make sure that the product is warranted by the national brand, not just a local applicator. It is also important to consider the brand has been around. What good is a 12 Year warranty from a company that has been in business for two years?
Our Answer: Ceramic Pro has been an industry leader for over a decade. Your vehicle is registered as a Ceramic Pro warranty nationally.
What is included in the price you are quoting me?
- Is paint correction included in this price? What level?
- Will my wheel faces be coated?
- Will plastic and other trim be coated?
- Will my glass be coated?
Our Answer: All ION-level packages include a Two-Step (Level 2) paint correction. The Bronze package includes a single-step correction. Sport only includes a quick once-over with the polisher.
All paint, trim, glass, and wheel faces will be coated
